A Great Sunset

Wednesday November 29th 2023

The temperature inside my RV home was in the fifties this morning. Unlike yesterday it was sunny outside. I didn’t have to run heat to make the inside livable. An hour or two of bright sunshine and the inside was in the eighties and it was time to open a window or two. The outside temperature never went above sixty five. Similar to Tuesday the wind was strong out of the northeast making it feel even colder outside.

The beach and day use area of the park were deserted all day. There were no cruise ships in port to draw people in to watch them depart and the conditions were cold for fishing or beach going. The birds also seemed to be taking shelter from the weather. The pelicans were the only variety of bird I saw and most of them were flying.

By far the most impressive natural view of the day was the sunset. The cloud cover was just sparse enough to create some nice variations and shades of yellow and orange. I went a little over the top taking pictures.
